Our 5 Pilars
Our Roadmap to Health, Wellness & Longevity
These are the modifiable personal lifestyle factors that I assess and address when evaluating each patient.
Because when we optimize these pillars, they become a "roadmap" towards creating the foundations in our lives that will sustain and support our natural healing process.
In the same way that if we wanted to help a flower or a tree to revive and return to its radiant state, we would change the soil, the water, the amount of light they are exposed to, and we would speak to them with love. We change the terrain and the environment so that the flower and the tree can bloom again.
We are exactly the same; we are flowers and trees with a mind that has forgotten where we come from.
At Embodied Medicine, we work on these pillars to cultivate an internal resilience that will allow us to embody the health, vitality, and well-being we are seeking.
And what I love the most about working on these foundations is that, as we walk the journey, we are reminded of our power to create a new reality, we become sovereigns of our well-being.
By working on these pillars, we give you the tools to start creating the internal changes that will lead you to cultivate a fertile inner terrain where you can grow and nurture all the dreams you yearn in your heart.
Because I know you are capable.

Nervous System Regulation, Relaxation, Sleep quality & Connecting with the frequency of Healing:
Only when we are in a parasympathetic state, can we reactivate our innate repair mechanisms, detoxify and rejuvenate.
Only when we feel safe in our bodies, can we integrate past traumatic experiences, free ourselves from old patterns that no longer serve us, change our belief systems, process our emotions, and create the life we yearn for in our hearts.
We manifest our reality from our body and Nervous System, not from our mind. Therefore, regulating this system is fundamental to creating health, well-being, and the life we desire.
The healing process is an invitation to reconnect with our bodies and learn to prioritize and honor our needs.
It is a journey of surrender; surrender to trust our ability to heal and radically accept & love ourselves.
The Nervous System is the pacemaker of our healing and evolution, and therefore, the first system we assess and address at Embodied Medicine.
-
A Nutritional Plan that supports our Unique needs and Prioritizes Pleasure:
Learning to listen to our needs at this present moment, in order to commit to nourishing ourselves according to our unique needs.
Understanding our biological individuality to stop following trendy diets that don't work for everyone.
Bringing awareness to the fact that we are cyclical beings, and therefore, our needs are constantly changing.
Shining a light onto the fact that women have an infradian rhythm, so we need to sync our nutritional plan with our menstrual cycle.
Learning to create a macro and microbiotic balance in all our meals that not only covers our nutritional needs but helps us maintain stable glucose and insulin levels, to ensure optimal metabolic and hormonal health.
-
Breath, Movement & Exercise with a Somatic Approach:
Our greatest allies and the most cost-effective interventions we can take to improve our health.
Understanding that movement is a non-negotiable biological need.
Finding a form of movement that we can enjoy and commit to practicing consistently.
Being open to challenging ourselves with a healthy acute stressor that will increase our resilience and give us multiple benefits.
Using somatic breath work and movement to ground ourselves in our bodies, quiet our minds, and regulate our nervous systems.
Sweating frequently to open our drainage pathways and detoxify naturally.
Building muscle mass, our life insurance, the key to longevity.
Cultivating commitment and consistency with our well-being will allow us to feel strong, powerful, and capable of anything!
-
Cultivating quality Relationships and Belonging to a supportive Community:
To remember that we are tribal beings and that we heal and evolve through our relationships.
Cultivating secure bonds based on trust, respect and love, where we can feel safe to heal.
To stop living in isolation by healing our relationship to ourselves and our relational wounds, so that we can achieve a state of internal safety that will allow us to relate lovingly to others and to life itself.
To understand that the relationships we attract into our lives reflect the relationship we have with ourselves and what it is still unresolved from the past. They reflect our light, our shadow, and invite us to heal our relational wounds and become a better version of ourselves.
Creating safety in our bodies and nervous systems is essential to express ourselves authentically and to co-create healthy relationships where we can feel safe to be who we truly are.
-
Connection to the Divine Existence and Commitment to Serve our Purpose so we can create a life that is Aligned with our Values:
To remember that we are never alone and that we are always supported and protected.
To understand that life happens FOR our highest good and to remain humble and open to receive the lessons.
To recognize that we have a vital role here on Earth and that we are good enough to start offering our gifts to the world.
To surrender to serve our purpose and to commit to deliver it with integrity and love.
To give ourselves permission to be seen in our authentic expression, so we can be penetrated by all the abundance that Life has for us.
To be brave enough to stop serving others' vision and to start serving our own.
Creating a life and a service that align with our values, connects us with our creativity and Life Force, helping us resolve any imbalances we might be experiencing in our bodies.
